Because many Elite Laser Etching items are personalized, proofed, engraved, finished, and packaged specifically for each customer, delivery time may include both production time and carrier transit time.
Standard delivery is available for most orders and typically arrives within 4–10 business days after production is complete.
Express shipping may be available depending on the item, quantity, carrier, destination, and production schedule.
Personalized items may require design, proof approval, engraving, finishing, inspection, and careful packaging before shipment.
Production time begins after all required order details are received and, when applicable, after the customer approves the digital proof. Custom work may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design, material, quantity, artwork preparation, and current order volume.
Elite Laser Etching includes standard shipping on many products unless otherwise stated on the product page, invoice, estimate, or custom quote. Standard shipping generally takes approximately 4–10 business days after the order has been completed and released to the carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, package volume, and other conditions outside our control.
Express shipping options, including overnight or expedited carrier services, may be available upon request. Express shipping charges vary by carrier, package size, weight, destination, and requested delivery speed.
Express shipping speeds up transit time only. It does not always reduce production time unless rush production is specifically approved in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Please check spelling, apartment or suite numbers, ZIP codes, company names, and recipient information carefully before submitting your order.
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier, and there may be a short delay before movement appears in the carrier system.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials and contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label may be required so we can review the issue and assist with the next steps.
Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons, severe weather, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods. We will help review available tracking information, but final delivery scans and carrier timelines are controlled by the shipping provider.
Local pickup or local delivery may be available for some orders by prior arrangement. Availability depends on order type, schedule, location, and customer coordination.
