Many Elite Laser Etching products are customized, personalized, or made to order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, spelling, artwork, logos, messages, and project details.
When a digital proof is provided, production will begin only after the customer approves the proof. Approval confirms that spelling, layout, dates, names, artwork placement, and personalization details are correct.
Elite Laser Etching is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
Customers must have the legal right to use any artwork, logo, photograph, design, wording, or other content submitted for engraving or production.
Wood, glass, leather, acrylic, slate, metal, and other engraving materials may vary in color, grain, texture, tone, and engraving response. These natural variations are part of the character of custom engraved products.
Product photos, mockups, and proofs are intended to represent the design concept, but actual finished items may vary slightly due to material differences, screen settings, and engraving conditions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes are based on the project details provided and may change if the scope, quantity, design requirements, material, or production timeline changes.
Payment may be required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production and delivery timelines vary by product type, order quantity, design complexity, proof approval timing, material availability, and shipping carrier performance.
Elite Laser Etching will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Elite Laser Etching is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Return and refund requests are handled according to the Elite Laser Etching Return & Refund Policy. Because many items are personalized, custom engraved, or made to order, eligibility may depend on the condition of the item, the nature of the issue, and whether production has started.
