Return & Refund Policy

We want every Elite Laser Etching order to be handled with care, accuracy, and fairness. Please review our policy for custom engraved and personalized products.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Because many Elite Laser Etching items are custom engraved, personalized, or made specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are reviewed based on the type of item, proof approval, condition of the product, and reason for the request.

Our Commitment

Elite Laser Etching takes pride in craftsmanship, personalization, and customer service. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a fair solution.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Most engraved products are made specifically for the customer and may include names, dates, logos, photos, artwork, messages, or other personalized details.

  • Custom and personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless there is an error, defect, or damage.
  • Orders approved through a proofing process are produced based on the approved proof.
  • Please carefully check spelling, dates, names, layout, artwork, and personalization before approving your proof.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or when Elite Laser Etching determines that a refund is the best resolution.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
  • Shipping charges, rush fees, and special-order costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by Elite Laser Etching.

Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund.

When a return is approved, Elite Laser Etching will provide return instructions. In some cases, a return label may be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details, please contact us promptly.

  • Include your order number, name, and a description of the issue.
  • Send clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.
  • Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once design work, proof preparation, material ordering, production, or engraving has begun, cancellation may not be available or may be subject to costs already incurred.

Proof Approval Responsibility

When a digital proof is provided, customer approval confirms that the spelling, wording, layout, artwork placement, and personalization details are correct. Elite Laser Etching is not responsible for customer-approved errors unless the final product does not match the approved proof.
